ok well i have a Massachusetts drivers license and in massachusetts you can not have anyone under 18 in the car for the first 6 months. The law in RI is that you can have one person for the 1st six months. If i am driving in Rhode Island can i have someone in the car under 18? If you are familiar ... read more
