Hi! I know that many countries including many European countries around the world have legalized incest in the past decades. source: http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,,1773672,00.html. I think all US states should follow the example of such as France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Turkey, Japan, Argentina or Brazil, where incest is no longer punishable. In addition states such as Rhode Island, laws against incest were invalidated in 1989, New Jersey does not criminalize incest between consenting adults even if it is a parent and child, so long as both parties are over the age of 18 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laws_regarding_incest.
