Here's the full length edit of surfing in Rhode Island RI during Hurricane Bill on Sunday morning. This features almost all the best clips I gathered from the morning featuring surfers Justin Casey, Ian Walsh, Garrett McNamara, and Chris Kelly along with a number of unidentified rippers.
